We partipated in European Code Week and we awarded with excellence in coding literacy for our activities with Alice.

11 of February,Women in Science

A  special event will happened to our school on 11th of February 2020 at 7:00a.m.(Piraeus-Greece)

We meet remarkable women scientists and we present them to our school community.We talk about the necessity of participating more girls in stem activities and we introduce the robotic and the programming activities of our school to our students and their parent.

Our experiments

When Alice met  Mr.Sunneed she asked him

-Where is Mr.Rabbit?

-I will tell you if you will do experiments,do the plants needs me?he told her.

So we want to help Alice and we did the experments with her.

Here they are our conclusions.

Plants in the moon,Alice will help us

In this set of activities, students will learn about the various components of plants. They will learn which parts of known plants are edible and learn the difference between a vegetable, a fruit and a seed. Students should imagine and design the plant associated with the fruit / vegetable / seed they observe. They will also learn that different plants require different growth conditions and yield different yields. On this basis they will consider which plants are suitable for growing in space as a good source of food for astronauts.

Alice in Plantland helps us to discovery subjects about 

STREAM, science, technology, reading, engineering, arts and mathematics.

She helps us to motivate more girls to involve with engineering and programming topics.

She helps us to have the opportunity to meet friends from other countries ,to 

know their culture and their life's status.
